Job Description
Content Vision and Strategy:
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for the content we aim to create ensuring it remains relevant and engaging throughout the year.
Quality and Standards Setting:
- Establish quality cost efficiency and creative standards for the development production and commissioning of content related to Red Bull Events and projects specifically for the period from Q2 2024 to Q2 2025.
Project Oversight:
- Oversee the execution and production of content in collaboration with producers. Guide the local team through the entire process from the initial concept phase to the final delivery of content.
Talent and Partner Identification:
- Identify and engage top creatives production partners and talent within the local market who can contribute to delivering highquality content.
Qualifications :
Minimum: 0 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Maximum: Up to 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in a production agency in the role of Line Producer.
Experience in a creative agency as a Creative Associate.
A passion for content creation and storytelling.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Open to learning and adapting in a fastpaced industry.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
