You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSutherland is looking for a junior lawyer to join our team. The perfect candidate has experience supporting labor relations disciplinary and migratory processes as well as petition rights.
Great English communication skills this role requires explaining Colombian regulatory laws to outsiders.
This job will be a 100% on site.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Law (Must be graduated and count with the professional card).
English level B2 or above.
Certified knowledge or experience in Labor law or experience handling processes related to human resources: disciplinary processes tutela response to petitions.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Dynamic structured organized person with a highly level of commitment.
1 or more years of experience required in a related or similar fields.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
Willing to move through different sites. Onsite.
Handling of disciplinary processes discharge proceedings/terminations administrative matters rights of petition issues before the ministry releases seizures judicial deposits and litigation
