Job Title: Licensed Journeyman Plumber Part Time (DOE G )
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is looking for a Licensed Journeyman Plumber Part Time inGermantown MD. The schedule is Saturday 2:00pm 10:00pm. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work Saturday 2:00pm 10:00pm
- Performs all plumbing trade functions necessary to install maintain and repair fixtures equipment and systems per contract requirements
- Performs preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and components as required by the company
- Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs on a wide variety of commercial plumbing issues
- Share knowledge with other team members.
Qualifications:
- Three to six years experience in the plumbing trade required
- Journeyman Plumber License in DC or MD required
- Master Plumber license preferred
Backflow certification and gas license preferred
- Extensive knowledge with practical experience in commercial plumbing systems and equipment
- Candidate must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with customers coordinators and management.
- Must be computer literate and/or can learn.
- Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain an Llevel security clearance
- Must be able and willing to work the schedule: Saturday 2:00pm 10:00pm
