Broadridge is hiring!The Change Management Lead will play a key role in helping with enterprise software implementations (change initiatives) and SourceToPay related change management activities. This person will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes systems and technology job roles and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. Key activities may include stakeholder engagement conducting impact analysis gathering and assessing change impacts end user communications end user (and supplier) training and measuring end user adoption.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered remote which means youll be assigned to a home office. We are targeting candidates located on the East Coast for this position.
