Job Description

Required Skills:

Plan coordinate and manage production application releases and changes from initiation through completion.
Collaborate closely with development QA operations infrastructure and business teams to ensure successful deployments.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
Familiarity with release management tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab Azure DevOps)
Expertise with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow Remedy or Jira Service Management
Understanding of version control systems such as Git
Proficiency with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)

Nice to have skills:

Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL Certification Certified Release Manager) are preferred
