Position Overview:
The Coordinator for the Chronic Disease Prevention (CDP) department will support daytoday activities operations oversight and budget tracking regarding the CDP programs which includes nutrition prediabetes tobacco cessation and asthma. The coordinator will also assist in the planning and implementation of all of the CDP operations as well as be responsible for keeping track of all programs documentation contracts agreements and commissioners court submissions.
