Job Description
About the Role:
Join our client as a 1st Shift Fabricator in their climatecontrolled facility and become a key part of a growing manufacturing team. This position offers a stable work environment significant opportunities for advancement quarterly profitability bonuses and a competitive benefits packageall while working just four days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on mild steel to produce both standard and custom parts using fixtures or freehand as needed
Read and interpret blueprints and perform part layouts accurately
Utilize measuring tools to inspect and ensure fabrication meets specification standards
Complete drilling sawing and tapping tasks as needed for part fabrication
Maintain a safe clean and efficient work environment following PPE and safety protocols
Maneuver parts and equipment and lift materials up to 50 lbs as needed
Contribute to a teamoriented production environment while meeting scheduling deadlines
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Comfortable standing for 910 hours per shift
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and passing a physical demand screen
Willing and able to work overtime as required
Must pass a preemployment physical exam drug screen and background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required (vocational/trade school training is a plus)
