Job Title: Head of Plant Quality

Location: Greenford West London (Option to work 9 days in 2 weeks)

As a fastgrowing company we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Plant Quality team to ensure the highest standards of product excellence are maintained in our manufacturing processes.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Plant Quality to oversee and manage the Quality Assurance functions within our Greenford plant. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that our products meet the rigorous standards of quality that our brand represents. This leadership role will require strong expertise in quality control problemsolving and continuous improvement particularly in a volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Plant Quality department ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with company and industry standards.
Oversee quality assurance processes ensuring all products meet Bromptons highquality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the plant identifying areas for increased efficiency cost reduction and higher quality output.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production engineering and supply chain to address qualityrelated challenges and improvements.
Ensure quality issues are properly investigated root causes are identified and corrective actions are effectively implemented.
Manage the Customer Quality Development program working closely with clients to resolve quality concerns and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on quality performance metrics providing insights to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.
Lead audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Ensure that all team members are properly trained and have the tools to deliver quality results.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Degree preferred HNC or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Experience:
Substantial experience in a volume manufacturing environment (automotive experience is a plus).
Proven track record in Quality Assurance within manufacturing.
Strong experience in Customer Quality Development.
Previous experience as a Plant Quality Manager or in a leadership role within a similar function.
Skills:
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of quality management systems and tools (e.g. Six Sigma Lean).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead crossfunctional teams and collaborate with external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Location:
This role is based in Greenford West London with the option to work 9 days in 2 weeks offering flexibility.
