Position Title: Quality Inspector I
Department: Quality
Location: Santa Ana CA
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Full- Time
Job Summary:
The QC Inspector I role is responsible for performing detailed inspections on products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. This position plays a vital role in identifying defects maintaining quality documentation and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of products at various stages of the production process
Identify and report any defects or non-conformities
Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards
Work with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results
Communicate any quality issues to management in a timely manner
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a workstation.
Manual dexterity to handle small components and operate inspection equipment.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
