The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Associate to support our energy infrastructure role involves evaluating new opportunities across the energy sector conducting due diligence and supporting investment decisions through financial analysis performance monitoring and riskreturn assessments. Youll play a key part in shaping our investment portfolio strategy.

You will make an impact by:

• Supporting the management of energy infrastructure assets working closely with investee companies and internal stakeholders to monitor performance and drive value.

• Maintaining and challenge valuation models conduct financial analysis and assess investment performance risks and opportunities.

• Collaborating with investee management teams clients and internal teams on valuation reporting and strategic initiatives.

• Assisting in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities leading due diligence processes and preparing investment committee materials.

• Building and review financial models perform sensitivity analysis and contribute to accurate and timely internal and client reporting.

• Supporting governance functions review board materials and engage in key initiatives such as refinancing M&A ESG and sustainability efforts.

About You

• A degree in finance commerce or engineering with 5 years experience in investment banking asset management or infrastructure investmentideally with exposure to the Australian or New Zealand energy sector.

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with a solid grasp of valuation methods (NPV IRR) project finance and key commercial tax and legal considerations.

• Ability to synthesise complex information assess risks and deliver highquality analysis and reports with strong attention to detail and commercial judgment.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and thrives in a teamoriented fastpaced environment.

• Proactive & Adaptable you take initiative manage competing priorities effectively and remain flexible and composed in a dynamic and evolving setting.
