Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS: Ablebodied of good character clean and neat in appearance.
REPORTS TO: Director of Building and Grounds Maintenance/Transportation
SUPERVISES: Not Applicable
JOB GOAL: To carry out work assignments in such a way that schools physical environments will be maintained in a condition of operating excellence.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean surfaces.
- Scrape areas that need painting.
- Paint areas.
- Move furniture and arrange rooms.
- Sweep.
- Work from ladders.
- Work outside and inside.
- Do caulking work.
- Other duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Each seasonal employee will work an eighthour day and will not exceed forty (40) hours per week. There will be no benefits. This will strictly be an hourly wage based upon current rate. The length of the season will be June July and August.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Boards policy on evaluation of classified personnel.
