• As a Senior Technical Project Specialist in Release Management you play an integral role in achieving remarkable results on complex technical integration projects delivered on time to budget and that achieve the project objectives and business outcomes.

• You apply your technical expertise in ICT infrastructure application development integrations and Telstra products with your exceptional release management skills to drive projects to their success.

• You have mastered the art of synthesising complex specifications and technical requirements into project and deployment plans and outcomes and in doing so you directly shape the success of Telstras projects and therefore our business.

About You

As a Senior Technical Project Specialist in Release Management you draw on your breath of knowledge and expertise in delivering technical projects to production environments and deep expertise in ICT infrastructure application development and products to deliver the following responsibilities:

• Apply deep technical knowledge of technology integrations and products (e.g. WAN LAN Cloud) to impressively lead components of technical projects and programs to manage the releases and deployments.

• Provide input into project delivery requirements (e.g. timeframes milestones resources required) using terrific analytical thinking to anticipate uncover and resolve issues to directly contribute to the management of their delivery workstream. This includes reporting on released and deployments and escalating unanticipated variations for approval.
  Synthesise complex technical products architectures and challenges into language that nontechnical team members and stakeholders understand in order to drive project outcomes and communicate energetically and effectively across a diverse range of stakeholders.
  

• Use a range of techniques and channels of communication and authentically engage with external partners and project team members to meet technical specifications and services including providing technical guidance in defining and translating functional specifications to ensure the execution of project requirements.

• Recognised as an expert in the areas of technical project delivery ICT infrastructure application development networks and products and synthesises leading industry knowledge and trends into thoughtprovoking insights and solutions to deliver improve business and customer outcomes.

• Significantly contribute to identify innovative opportunities for continuous improvement within the project team to generate and support initiatives to improve operational effectiveness customer experience and/or Telstras profitability.
