We are seeking to appoint a dynamic passionate and forwardthinking Assistant Headteacher who will make a tangible difference to the lives of our pupils and contribute meaningfully to our leadership team.

The successful candidate will be:
- An outstanding practitioner with a strong track record in Curriculum delivery inclusive practice and pastoral care.
- Experienced in school improvement and able to work strategically alongside the Headteacher to shape and implement our vision and direction.
- Committed to delivering high standards of teaching and memorable learning experiences for all pupils.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to foster strong partnerships with parents governors staff and the wider community.
- A collaborative leader confident in leading staff and contributing to a vibrant and aspirational school culture.
- Supportive of the Christian ethos of our school demonstrating values of compassion respect and integrity.
