What Youll Do:
As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years we have an exciting new opportunity for a Creative Director (Ninja) to join our team. The successful candidate will be an instrumental member of the Creative team helping to ensure timely and smooth delivery of our product innovation within exciting expanding categories
to lead and inspire our creative team. The CD will collaborate with art directors designers copywriters and our IMC team to develop compelling campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a balance of conceptual thinking leadership and handson creative execution to ensure highquality innovative work that aligns with brand goals.
Creative Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of designers copywriters and art directors.
- Develop and execute creative concepts across digital print social media and video.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence.
- Translate business objectives into creative strategies that engage target audiences.
Concept Development & Execution
- Oversee the creation of visually compelling and messagedriven content.
- Provide guidance on design typography imagery and copywriting.
- Ensure all creative work meets high standards of originality and brand alignment.
- Stay updated with industry trends technologies and emerging media.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Work closely with account managers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Present creative ideas and campaigns to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines.
Brand & Campaign Development
- Develop campaign concepts that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Work on brand identity storytelling and visual language.
- Collaborate with external agencies freelancers and production houses as needed.
What Youll Bring:
Creative Expertise
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design and conceptual thinking.
- Creative agencies experience a MUST.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects etc.).
- Experience in branding advertising and integrated marketing campaigns.
Communication & Presentation
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
- Ability to present and sell creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Leadership & Organization
- Experience managing creative teams and providing constructive feedback.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
