We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive (Commercial) to take charge of the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals. You will play a key role in driving growth for voize using a consultative sales approach to expand our customer base. If youre passionate about B2B SaaS sales building relationships and contributing to the success of an AIdriven solution this is the role for you!
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing ensuring a strategic and personalized approach at each step.
Build longterm trusted relationships with customers by understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the midmarket segment (ACV around 85k).
Lead product demos negotiate contracts and drive impactful discussions to successfully close deals.
Partner with marketing product and customer success teams to refine the customer journey and ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends competition and customer feedback to continuously improve your sales strategy.
Use datadriven insights from sales dashboards to optimize your strategy monitor progress and hit your goals.
Fullcycle sales experience: Proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle in B2B SaaS companies.
Consultative sales approach: Ability to understand complex customer needs and position solutions that solve real problems.
Communication talent: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German and English with the ability to build strong rapport.
Sales mentality: You are proactive persistent and motivated by achieving ambitious goals.
Customercentric mindset: You act as a trusted advisor and problem solver prioritizing longterm customer success.
Technical affinity: Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot Google Workspace Slack and Notion.
Willingness to travel: You enjoy inperson interactions and are comfortable meeting customers facetoface.
