Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director the Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing continuous quality improvement activities within the agency to attain and ensure high quality client care. This includes the collection management and analysis of quality data and the preparation of quality reports. Additionally the Quality Improvement Coordinator provides strategic inservice training to key community stakeholders in the areas of behavioral health education and promotion. This position could be a hybrid position.

Tillamook Family Counseling Center (TFCC) is a comprehensive behavioral health services provider serving youth adults and their families in Rural Tillamook County on the Oregon Coast. The Agency was incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in 1983 and has been successfully operating in Tillamook County since that time. Our trained professional staff is highly qualified to assess client problems and to partner with others to seek solutions. TFCC is certified by the Health Systems Division of the Oregon Health Authority (OHA).
