Learn to use our products by understanding how they are implemented and operated in realworld environments. To achieve this the role involves continuous contact with product owners and the technical teams involved in product development.
Review and improve user documentation and manuals provided to clients ensuring they are clear consistent and comprehensive.
Verify and validate the instructions included in manuals by executing them in real scenarios to detect any errors inconsistencies or potential improvements.
Support our clients during the postsales phase by analyzing reported issues and ensuring they receive clear fast and effective responses.
Coordinate internal actions needed to resolve incidents making sure the appropriate teams receive the correct information and act in a timely manner.
Provide training to clients on how to use our products including both standard solutions and customized developments for specific projects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products by relaying user feedback to the product team.
Desired Profile:
Technical background preferably in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of deployment and use of embedded systems based on microcontrollers and SoCs.
Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn how new products work.
Strong communication skills with both technical and nontechnical clients.
Proactive mindset analytical thinking and a strong focus on problemsolving.
Valuable but not mandatory: knowledge of electronics and radiofrequency (RF).
