Job Description
Stark Tech is actively looking for a Programming Manager in Brick Township NJ!
How do you excel in this position
We are seeking a dynamic leader to guide and develop a team of programmers fostering a collaborative and highperforming culture. In this role you will provide mentorship set clear expectations and drive performance through coaching goal setting and disciplined execution. You will oversee project planning and delivery ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards while optimizing workflows and resources. As a key advocate for Stark you will support recruiting efforts enforce company policies and stay ahead of industry advancements to enhance innovation. Additionally you will implement quality control measures establish programming and graphics standards and serve as a technical expert to support sales and crossfunctional collaboration.
What are we looking for
- 710 years experience programming previous management experience is a requirement.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or other related degree.
- Demonstrated knowledge of programming experience.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
- Can multitask work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills.
- Must be authorized to work in US.
Additional skills preferred but not required
- 710 years of Programming management.
- Bachelors preferred.
