This role involves managing budget documentation supporting administrative functions and collaborating with center directors to ensure smooth daytoday operations. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee and maintain DOH compliance documentation and requirements across all branches.
Prepare update and organize budget documents and reports.
Provide responsive and professional customer service to staff and parents.
Coordinate with center directors to support daily administrative operations.
Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of internal records.
Monitor operational needs and follow up on open tasks to ensure completion.
Assist in implementing process improvements to support growth and efficiency.
Schedule: Flexible MondayThursday 10:00 AM 3:00 PM
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in administrative or operations support roles preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Familiarity with DOH compliance is a plus but not required.
