System Application Support BYUPathway Worldwide (Parttime Student Employee)
Job Description
The person in this role is responsible for assisting in the user and student provisioning process for the new Anthology systems. Additionally this person will support workforce users troubleshoot access issues document processes assist in release management processes and other assignments that come from the Anthology implementation. This position reports to the Application Administrator who will oversee the work assignments and daytoday responsibilities.

Employee Technical Support:
Prompt and effective troubleshooting assistance.
Assist software acquisition set up use and communication.
Facilitate release management communication.
Qualifications
Skills
Technical Training: Ability to provide basic technical training to peers.
Technical Support: Familiar with troubleshooting and support for various IT issues related to Anthology.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage equipment and support tasks effectively.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and students.
ProblemSolving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Knowledge
Technology Education: Studying Technology administrative assistance finance and/or Business.
Software Systems: Working Knowledge of software systems and IT infrastructure.
Experience
Technical Support: Experience in technical support roles
Collaboration: Experience working in group projects or teamoriented environments.
Project Management: Experience in IT processes planning software infrastructure etc.
Target Salary:
$13
This parttime position typically works (Monday Friday between the hours of 8 am 5 pm). This position is a (remote hybrid onsite) position
