We are currently looking for:
SAP Finance Lead Consultant (S/4HANA)
Job location: Remote from Poland
You will be responsible for:
- Lead SAP consultant for Finance area within SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration project including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing and postgolive support.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices industry standards and process improvements that enhance clients financial operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements with SAP capabilities ensuring optimal functionality.
- Mentor and support junior consultants offering insights training and leadership to build team competency and engagement.
- Cooperate with technical teams to facilitate integrations manage interfaces and maintain data integrity.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements cost optimization and improved financial processes.
- Maintain and keep uptodate knowledge of evolving SAP S/4HANA functionalities tools and techniques and share insights with clients and colleagues.
We require:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field preferred.
- 6 years handson experience with SAP Finance (FI) including S/4HANA Finance.
- Proven track record leading multiple fullcycle SAP implementations in complex global environments.
- Indepth understanding of finance business processes (General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting etc.).
- Knowledge of integration points with SAP Logistics Procurement and Sales modules to ensure a cohesive and endtoend solution.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation abilities with experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
NicetoHave:
- SAP certification related to Finance or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Experience in SAP/ABAP debugging and development.
- Familiarity with Activate methodology Clean Core principles or Signavio.
- Experience serving clients in specific sectors (e.g. manufacturing retail automotive or consumer goods) and tailoring solutions to unique industry requirements.
- Ability to excel within highperforming teams while independently managing responsibilities making sound decisions supported by good judgment.
- Proficiency in German is advantageous for certain client engagements and communication needs.
