Job Title: Employment Law Solicitor (25 Years PQE)
Location: Oxford (Hybrid Working Available)

About the Role
Youll work on a broad range of contentious and noncontentious employment matters across various sectors including advising on:
Disciplinary and grievance procedures
Employment tribunal claims
Contracts and policy reviews
TUPE redundancies and reorganisations
Daytoday HR advisory work
What Youll Be Doing
Delivering excellent client service and legal advice
Accurately recording time and managing WIP effectively
Supporting business development and client retention
Keeping up to date with employment law developments
Taking responsibility for your ongoing personal and professional development
What Were Looking For
25 years PQE in Employment Law
Strong communication and clienthandling skills
Commercially aware with sound financial management
Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
Friendly proactive and aligned with the firms values
