What Youll Do:

As an Employment Services Coordinator (ESC) you will be part of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult and Dislocated Worker (ADW) Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Unit. The WIOA ADW TTA Unit supports the WIOA ADW Program within Ohios 20 Local Workforce Delivery systems. You report directly to the WIOA ADW Supervisor.

The WIOA ADW programs provide training and employment services to all job seekers.

In this position attention is first given to learning understanding and interpreting WIOA ADW policy which lays the foundation to effectively support WIOA ADW Training and Technical Assistance key addition focus will be given to acquiring WIOA case management knowledge in the states case management system ARIES.

Pay Information

This position is in the State of Ohios E1 Pay Schedule Pay Range 31. Unless required by legislation or union contract starting salary will be the minimum salary of that pay range (step 1 currently $27.92 per hour). These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases. With continued employment new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Cost of Living Adjustments increase wages in these ranges each fiscal year. The current step progression wages are in the table below.
