Job Description

Job Title:Weekend Flyer DesignerDepartment:CXOStudent Employment Type:Federal Work-StudyResponsibilities:
  • Design and produce a visually engaging weekly flyer using Canva or similar design software.
  • Collaborate with staff and student organizations to gather content and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain consistent branding and visual identity in line with university guidelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the flyer each week for both digital and print distribution.
  • Edit and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Pick up and deliver the flyers to Res Life weekly.
Qualifications:
  • Current or Incoming Quinnipiac University student in good academic standing.
  • Proficiency in Canva Adobe Spark or similar graphic design tools.
  • Strong eye for design layout and typography.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
Hours of Position:

1-2 hours per week
