Join UiPath as a Business Development Manager for the Healthcare market in UK and Ireland. Youll be part of an innovative team driving automation solutions that transform healthcare delivery. Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers in healthcare institutions
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineering Customer Success) to deliver comprehensive solutions
Leverage and develop partnerships including GSIs for executive introductions and relationship building
Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends challenges and automation opportunities
Utilise UiPaths sales methodologies to drive sales processes
Maintain accurate and uptodate records in CRM
Contribute to the teams goal of enabling public healthcare organisations to deliver improvements that impact patient outcomes increase staff morale and save time and money
Proven track record in B2B sales with a hunger for success and willingness to be proactive across various communications. Healthcare experience preferred but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage Clevel executives
Demonstrated ability to manage complex longcycle enterprise sales processes
Experience in solution selling with a consultative approach to addressing client needs
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Passion for technology and its potential to transform healthcare delivery
Automationfirst mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation
