Build data pipelines that enable smarter faster marketing decisions across paid search and display channels
Develop marketing measurement solutions that deliver performance insights while upholding data governance standards
Give customers the confidence to apply without rejection with Quick Check our credit card eligibility tool
Enhance the credit card application experience to encourage early adoption of digital habits
Create easy digital solutions that help customers address fraud and easily get back to using their card
Provide customers with relevant details about their account conveniently within the mobile app
Responsibilities
As a Product Manager for Marketing Technology & Performance youll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas:
Human Centered
Youll lead discovery efforts to understand the needs of both customers and marketing teams using these insights to drive the long term vision for your product
Youll collaborate with crossfunctional partners to develop actionable strategies that optimize marketing workflows rallying stakeholders around technology solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness
Business Focused
Youll own and prioritize the marketing technology roadmap to deliver on business outcomes working closely with a crossfunctional team to ensure all the right resources are aligned to help increase the value driven from our multimillion dollar marketing budget
Youll define KPIs for your product and will be responsible for measuring and tracking to those measures with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictates
Technology Driven
Youll have an endtoend understanding of major marketing platforms and how they integrate with our systems
Youll work closely with technology leadership and architecture to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions and how they impact the product your team will deliver always looking to ensure that youre using the best tool for the job
Transformational Leadership
Youll rally teams and senior stakeholders to your marketing technology vision and leverage your relationships with product tech data and marketing teams to drive results
Youll partner daytoday with crossfunctional leaders to develop an effective marketing technology roadmap that positions Capital One for longterm marketing success

Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of Product Management experience with software products
Experience working with digital marketing platforms and programmatic advertising across Paid Search and/or Display channels (e.g. SA360 DV360 Meta Ads)
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; able to make datadriven decisions and provide recommendations to drive action
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Finance Engineering or related field
5 years of Product Management experience in financial services technology or operations
Experience with marketing data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Experience building or managing data pipelines to Metas CAPI and/or Google Ads/CM360
Familiarity with database structures and with troubleshooting data pipelines
Understanding of concepts in the ad measurement space (e.g. conversion attribution)
