Building Maintenance Coordinator
Building Projects Coordinator
Open Space & Community Facilities are calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to cover periods of leave for the Building Maintenance Coordinator Building Projects Coordinator. This EOI will cover the period from 1 July 2025 30 June 2027
If you are interested in submitting an EOI for the Building Maintenance Coordinator please address the following criteria in your submission:
- Trade Certificate in a relevant building trade or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with the proven leadership skills and an ability to deliver outcomes.
- Broad knowledge of Australian Building Standards and statutory requirements.
- Working knowledge of building contract administration and management including the engagement and use of building industry contractors (eg. electrical fire safety air conditioning).
- Sound organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of door furniture and locking mechanisms and security keys systems.
If you are interested in submitting an EOI for the Building Projects Coordinator please address the following criteria in your submission:
- Trade Certificate in a relevant building trade or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with the proven leadership skills and an ability to deliver outcomes.
- Broad knowledge of Australian Building Standards and statutory requirements.
- Working knowledge of building contract administration and management including the engagement and use of building industry contractors (eg. electrical fire safety air conditioning).
- Sound organisational skills.
- Willingness to deliver security and cleaning services.
If you have previously submitted an EOI in the past 2 years and have consistently Acted in the position(s) you are not required to attach a document outlining your suitability for the position.
