Join our dynamic team at an established insurance agency where youll play a crucial role as a REMOTE Insurance Assistant in our thriving commercial & personal lines department. Were looking for talented individuals who thrive on client service problemsolving and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
As a CSR/Insurance Assistant youll be at the forefront of customer service supporting Account Managers and ensuring account retention. Youll be responsible for providing impeccable service independent thinking and effective problemsolving.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in policy quoting binding and issuing changes certificates and endorsements
- Ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and suggest relevant coverage.
- Collaborating with multiple producers and a seasoned service team.
- Cultivating professional customer service skills.
- Experience with Agency Management Systems such as EZ Lynx are preferred
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in an independent brokerage or agency.
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
- While a college degree is preferred its not mandatory.
- Experience in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to engage facetoface with customers.
- Proficiency in data entry and online quoting.
- Providing administrative support and contributing to various projects as needed.
