How do you excel in this position
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the ability to oversee all operations and staff for mechanical installation projects. Supervise mentor counsel recruit and train project managers trade supervisors and other staff. Manage operational duties through all phases of assigned projects. Along with participating in the sale design and installation of all Company products.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Ten (10) years of industry experience.
- Five (5) years experience as a manger or supervisor.
- Knows and applies Florida mechanical code.
- Strong communication and customer service skills required.
