Position Overview:
As a Business Development Specialist you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening partnerships in the Newtown area. Youll connect with property managers insurance professionals and other key stakeholders to promote our services and drive new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business leads through networking cold calling and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents property managers and other industry partners.
- Represent 1800 Water Damage at local events trade shows and community gatherings.
- Collaborate with our team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Track and report on sales activities and progress toward goals.
- Proven experience in business development sales or a related field (restoration industry experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
- Strong networker with a knack for building lasting relationships.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
