Seniority/Experience Requirement: 6 or more years experience
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Informatics Engineering
Language Skills: English proficiency mandatory (Spanish desired)
Job Description:
Gather analyze and elaborate all the functional requirements needed to design a new information system or set of changes to an existing one by documenting user requirements preparing the design functional documentation performing the functional system testing and providing support during end user training.
Qualifications:
Experience leading SAP project implementation
SAP Business Processes Order to Cash Procurement to Pay Admin & Finance
Remote supervision & coordination of business analysts and development teams
Ability to lead teams
User Requirements Analysis: Document users requirements by
Gathering and analyzing the requirements of the user areas in relation to the organization possibilities
Defining developing and implementing a new information system or changing an existing one
System Documentation: Prepare the documentation for the new Information System by
Generating the system documentation and ensuring its alignment with Tenaris Methodology
Assisting the BRM Project Manager and Project Leader in the preparation of reports presentations and documents
User Training Programs: Allow users to take advantage of all the features included in the implemented systems by
Writing the user manual
Preparing the materials needed for user training activities
IT Roles Assumption: Intervent in the different disciplines and activities by
Assuming the roles anticipated in the IT Tenaris Methodology and documented in the Segregation of duties matrix
Testing: Assure the correct functioning of the system in the production environment by
Performing the necessary tests before implementation
