Real Estate Expansion Director

Location: Fully Remote Travel Role
Salary: $100000$150000

Position Overview

Were seeking an experienced and executionfocused Director of Real Estate & Expansion to lead our national clinic growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth this role is critical in identifying negotiating and securing new clinic locations in priority markets. Youll drive the full lifecyclefrom site selection and market evaluation to lease negotiation and internal coordinationensuring each site aligns with our operational financial and clinical standards.

This is a hybrid role with up to 50% national travel and you must bring 3 years in lease negotiation and site selection experience working crossfunctionally across departments and a track record of supporting or launching 10 new locations.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience expanding multisite healthcare retail or education footprints.
  • Can independently manage real estate deals from start to finish.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative fastmoving environments.
  • Equally strategic and detailorientedknows how to evaluate negotiate and deliver.
  • Ready to travel grow and lead real estate strategy at scale

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead lease transactions and real estate projects across multiple states.
  • Conduct market analysis demographic research and location feasibility reviews.
  • Negotiate favorable lease terms aligned with longterm operational goals.
  • Manage crossfunctional alignment between Legal Construction Clinical Ops and Leadership.
  • Track project progress maintain internal timelines and coordinate execution.
  • Support and optimize our current real estate portfolio (renewals expansions relocations).
  • Recommend new markets and improve decisionmaking frameworks for site selection

Qualifications

  • 35 years in real estate site development or lease transaction roles.
  • Proven success with multilocation rollout in healthcare retail or similar industries.
  • Strong negotiation project management and market evaluation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel mapping tools and real estate platforms.
  • Bachelors degree required

MustHaves

  • 3 years in lease negotiation and site selection roles.
  • Experience coordinating with crossfunctional teams across real estate cycles.
  • Track record of launching or supporting at least 10 new locations.
  • Able to travel up to 50% as needed
