Recruitment Consultant Central London
Ribbons & Reeves are an Education Recruitment specialist based in London Liverpool Street and we are looking for a vibrant proactive new Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team!
Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary starts at 30000 increasing depending on experience
- Realistic earnings in first year to DOUBLE basic salary
- Uncapped Bonus Structure with no threshold to get over before earning bonus/commission
- Clear promotion criteria from Day 1 through the transparent Ribbons & Reeves Career Pathway
- Experienced Recruiters and people with proven Sales experience are encouraged to apply
- Inexperienced applicants will be considered for Trainee Recruitment Consultant roles (base salary is 27500)
- Be supported by an experienced team giving you the backing and the tools to succeed quickly

You must have;
- Winning mentality and a hunger to make business happen
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or transferrable Sales experience
- Ability to build relationships with people
- Strong written and spoken English
- Motivation to achieve and exceed targets
- A positive attitude solid work ethic and resilience!
