Opportunity to Lead HighGrowth Sales in the US Market

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding and wellfunded technology company to identify an exceptional VP of Sales US. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy to accelerate growth across the United States. Based in the vibrant Miami area this position offers the chance to make a significant impact on a company poised for substantial success.

In this strategic role you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the companys overall objectives for the US market.
  • Build mentor and lead a highperforming sales organization fostering a culture of achievement and collaboration.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales methodologies forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing product and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience.
  • Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within the technology sector with a strong understanding of the US market.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue in a highgrowth environment ideally within companies with at least $10M ARR.
  • Exceptional leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to attract develop and retain top talent.
  • Outstanding communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • A Bachelors degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • The ability to be based in the Miami Florida area.

Compensation and Benefits:

This exceptional opportunity offers a highly competitive total compensation package including a salary range of $400000 $450000 commensurate with experience. In addition a customized relocation package will be provided to ensure a smooth transition for the selected candidate.
