Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the IT team of a leading beverage distributor in the United States. This temptohire role focuses on overseeing strategic programs with an emphasis on ServiceNowrelated initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in program delivery crossfunctional coordination and stakeholder engagement along with handson experience managing enterpriselevel ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee largescale programs across business and IT functions from planning through execution and hyper care.
- Manage ServiceNowrelated initiatives ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive crossfunctional collaboration across technical teams business stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Monitor program scope timelines risks resources and budgets ensuring accountability and timely resolution of issues.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on status risks dependencies and milestones.
- Mentor and coach project managers or workstream leads assigned to individual components of the program.
- Drive Agile or hybrid delivery models where appropriate promoting process improvements and team alignment.
- Facilitate change management communication and stakeholder engagement activities throughout the program lifecycle.
- Establish and manage program governance structure and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing largescale programs in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow program oversight or large implementations.
- Strong track record of stakeholder engagement and executivelevel reporting.
- Experience managing crossfunctional delivery teams in hybrid or matrix environments.
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage risks prioritize issues and drive decisionmaking.
- Familiarity with Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree or relevant certifications in Program Management or Agile delivery.
- PMP SAFe or ITIL certifications.
- Experience working within the beverage retail or distribution industries.
- Handson experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM HRSD etc.).
- Prior experience mentoring teams or building governance frameworks.
