Team Manager Role for English/BulgarianSpeaking Game Presenters in Sofia
As a Games Presenter Team Manager you will lead and mentor our multilingual team of Game Presenters ensuring our live casino operations in Sofia set the standard for excellence engagement and professionalism. You will collaborate with crossfunctional departments track team performance provide coaching and constructive feedback and create an inspiring environment for personal growth and development. Your ability to balance business objectives and people management will help us deliver unmatched entertainment experiences.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the Manager and collaborates closely with the Training and Development Lead.
- Ensures proper assessment coordination and facilitation of both new and existing staff.
- Fosters an inspiring team environment setting clear goals aligned with company culture and performance metrics.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant standards and requirements surpassing expectations where possible.
- Serves as a representative ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Maintains professional relationships with internal stakeholders while upholding company standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Bulgarian (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2).
- Proactive in building positive and engaging relationships with team members.
- Actively contributes to the companys growth and success.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Willing to work in an office environment with a shift schedule.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
