Your missions
As an Associate in Banking & Finance you will :
- Advise on and draft documentation for domestic and crossborder financing transactions
- Assist with all aspects of security documentation under Luxembourg law
- Draft and review financing agreements legal opinions and related legal documentation
- Analyse and comment on financial product documentation
- Review existing policies and contribute to the development of new procedures and compliance frameworks
- Prepare practical implementation guidelines for internal policies and regulatory recommendations

Your ideal profile
- Law degree with registration at a European Bar
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the Banking & Finance team of a Luxembourg law firm
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
- Strong sense of initiative and accountability with excellent organisational skills
- Detailoriented with strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
