Are you passionate about helping customers succeed in the digital space Were looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead postsales relationships and drive real business impact for toptier clients.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
Develop and execute success plans that align with client goals
Guide multisolution adoption and track progress through clear KPIs
Deliver proactive datadriven insights that enhance customer ROI
Lead executivelevel conversations and longterm strategy sessions.
Collaborate across teams to orchestrate the best customer experience
Identify risks early and build effective recovery strategies
Advocate for the customer internally sharing feedback and innovation ideas.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in Customer Success or postsales account management
Strong background in digital marketing analytics or customer journey solutions
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Consulting agency or presales experience is a strong plus
Fluent in German and English (Polish is a bonus)
Comfortable with executive presentations and crossfunctional leadership
Program management skills within complex organizations
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
