Responsibilities
Developing and executing the enterprise sales strategy for our financial wellness solutions targeting CXOs.
Identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients in various industries with a focus on BSE / NSE / Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.
Establishing building and maintaining relationships with key decisionmakers influencers and stakeholders including CHROs / Heads of HR.
Working closely with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions to address client concerns.
Negotiating and closing enterprise deals.
Providing ongoing account assistance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Attending industry events and conferences to stay uptodate with market trends network with prospective clients to generate leads.
Ensure constant communication with clients to upsell other products and services that complement our core offerings.
Continuously monitor and research on the competition and other players in the global market to develop a strong understanding of industry trends emerging technologies and competitive offerings. Collaborating with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth new product development and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
Regularly updating sales and marketing materials with the latest market insights and competitive intelligence to effectively communicate the value proposition of our financial wellness solutions.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in investment banking corporate banking private banking wealth advisory Fintech Startups or similar domains.
Proven track record of independently engaging pursuing leads and closing large deals with CXO s and other key stakeholders.
Strong understanding of financial products and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and pain points in employee wellness programs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced startup environment.
Bachelors or Masters degree in business or a related field.
