Job Description
Summary of Position
Responsible for welcoming guests assisting with requests and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.
Organizational Relationships
Reports to:
Front Desk Manager/Director of Front Desk
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as listening attentively to guests
- Work flexible schedule including nights weekends and/or holidays as needed
Education and Experience
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent education
- Bilingual preferred but not required
Duties and Responsibilities
Hotel Runner:
Deliver items to guest rooms and other departments
Assist with housekeeping engineering banquets restaurants front office or other areas that need assistance
Hotel Greeter:
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure
Assist Front Desk with checkin/checkout guest lines
Create a positive first impression for guests
Answer guest inquiries
Maintain a clean hotel lobby
Monitor/surveil main entry points during peak volume times
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Font Desk Manager and /or Director of Front Desk

Essential Functions
