Whats the job
The Client Strategist is responsible for managing and supporting daytoday client relationships brand strategy and campaign reporting. This hybrid role combines expertise in branding and marketing performance to deliver holistic insightdriven strategies across creative and media efforts.
This individual will lead brand development initiatives (including visual identity messaging and website projects) and serve as the liaison between internal digital teams and the clientreporting on results interpreting analytics and identifying strategic insights. The Client Strategist is a confident communicator a creative and analytical thinker and a proactive problemsolver who understands how to connect marketing strategy to client business goals.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Required skills:5 years of experience in agency account management
- Experience with brand identity positioning naming and visual assets
- Familiarity with digital marketing reporting and performance metrics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in real estate verticals (e.g. student housing multifamily senior living) is a plus
Core Competencies Duties and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strategic longterm relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Serve as the daytoday contact for assigned accounts managing both brand and performance reporting needs
- Present campaign results creative deliverables and strategic recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations and timelines
- Support the Director of Digital Strategy on key initiatives
Brand and Marketing Strategy:
- Lead brand discovery positioning and identity development
- Oversee naming logo tagline and brand guidelines creation
- Analyze and discuss digital campaign performance data with clients to identify actionable insights
- Facilitate reputation management responses and social monitoring for assigned clients
Organizational and Analytical Skills:
- Plan and organize daytoday priorities across brand and reporting responsibilities
- Deliver accurate consistent and highquality work to clients
- Track time and deliverables promptly using project management tools
- Stay current on branding trends and marketing best practices
Presentation Skills:
- Confidently present brand strategies marketing results and insights
- Tailor communication style to suit client needs and levels of understanding
- Lead monthly reporting meetings and strategy sessions
