Position Specific Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Program Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:
Coordinate all partner activities related to the grant.
Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders including state agencies workforce agencies community organizations project awardees and other external partners.
Schedule and convene regular meetings with project stakeholders to ensure collaboration coenrollment and cocase management between WIOA Title I and IV programs.
Promote and sustain a collaborative community centered around integrated service delivery and the goals of the grant.
Collaborate with The Coelho Center and other internal project partners to ensure program activities are coordinated and align with the goals of the grant.
Grant & Data Management:
Track the progress of the grant ensuring deliverables are met on time and in accordance with program objectives.
Work with project partners to collect analyze and report on data to evaluate the success of workforce development strategies and programs for people with disabilities (PWD).
Develop and maintain comprehensive records and data systems related to the grants activities ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Assist in the preparation of reports for stakeholders and funders providing updates on program progress successes and challenges.
Evaluation & Reporting:
Coordinate and assist with the developmental evaluation efforts to document lessons learned and generate actionable recommendations for scaling successful strategies.
Work with stakeholders to analyze program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Compile and prepare detailed reports to assess the impact of pilot awardees project impact on the employment outcomes of people with disabilities.
Travel & Outreach:
Occasionally travel within California to support program stakeholders and attend relevant meetings and conferences related to workforce development and disability inclusion.
Represent LMU at community events and external meetings to foster partnerships and engage with potential grantees and other stakeholders.

Requisite Qualifications
Typically a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge skills and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in program coordination grant management or a related field preferably within public workforce development programs.
Demonstrated experience with data collection evaluation methods and reporting including experience with workforce development or disabilityrelated programs.
Familiarity with state and federal workforce development programs particularly in California. This includes understanding of Americas Job Centers and WIOA funded programs.
Understanding of WIOA Title I and Title IV programs with experience working with disability inclusion initiatives.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare quantitative and qualitative reports.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
