Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours
Responsibilities:
Manage client onboarding processes in Go High Level CRM.
Install and configure CRM snapshots for new clients.
Update workflow automations and messaging to align with client brands.
Provide technical support for client CRM issues.
Assist with software integrations (Google Facebook etc.).
Research and compile highperforming social media content in the health and fitness niche.
Analyze social media hooks and assist with content strategy.
Schedule and manage social media posts using Buffer.
Monitor engagement and ensure timely responses to comments.
Support client communication and troubleshooting.
Parttime position (20 hours per week) with potential to expand to fulltime.
Direct reporting to the company founder.
Clientfacing role with both technical and communication responsibilities.
Aligned with the Australian time zone (Sydneybased operations).
Remote position with regular checkins and performance metrics.
Experience with Go High Level CRM or similar marketing automation platforms.
Experience running paid ad campaigns on Metas ad platform.
Proven social media management experience.
Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and problemsolve.
Experience with Buffer or similar social scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of marketing automation workflows.
Knowledge of the health and fitness industry (preferred).
