You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking to hire a Social Media Manager is responsible for creating and managing content across all social media platforms to drive brand awareness foster engagement and increase sales. They will develop content strategies coordinate influencer collaborations run social media campaigns and track performance metrics to ensure that efforts align with company goals. The Social Media Manager will also handle email communications including sales and businessrelated inquiries work crossfunctionally with other teams and coordinate events to maintain consistent messaging and build the companys image.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Scheduling:
Design and create engaging content for various social media platforms ensuring it aligns with the company s brand voice and marketing objectives.
Coordinate with photographers and videographers to ensure all monthly content is created finalized and scheduled for posting on time.
Coordinate with influencers brand ambassadors and partners to collaborate on content promotions and campaigns expanding the brand s reach and audience.
Campaign Management:
Plan execute and manage social media campaigns promotions and giveaways to generate engagement attract new followers and drive sales.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track analyze and report on social media performance metrics (e.g. engagement rates clickthrough rates conversion) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer queries comments and direct messages on social media platforms to maintain engagement build customer relationships and ensure a positive online experience.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends tools and best practices to ensure that the companys social media strategies remain competitive and relevant.
Work closely with the Retail and Wholesale Managers to ensure that social media messaging and promotions are consistent across all channels and support broader marketing initiatives.
Email Communications:
Handle all salesrelated emails ensuring that all orders received via email are processed efficiently. Attend all business emails events and inquiries ensuring that every business request is resolved in a timely manner.
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters promotions and customer engagement emails ensuring they complement social media efforts and drive customer interaction.
Event Coordination & Execution:
Organize and attend all company events ensuring that event logistics align with the company s vision and goals.
Ensure that all event inventory meets the theme and is in excellent condition. Ensure that items are properly merchandised at the event venue.
Oversee event setup to ensure all necessary materials are in place paying attention to even the smallest details and ensuring nothing is forgotten.
Ensure that salespeople attending the event are wellinformed in advance and prepared for their roles.
Safeguard company property ensuring no items are lost or damaged. Ensure that any items sold or used at the event are properly accounted for and that everything is returned to the factory without discrepancies.
Public Relations (PR) & Creator Outreach:
Manage public relations by ensuring that all PR materials are sent to creators and influencers on time maintaining the companys image.
Reach out to influencers for collaborations to build brand awareness and enhance the company s online presence.
Product Launch Shoots & Store Content:
Arrange and coordinate photoshoots for new product launches.
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
