Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re hiring an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Lead
Your role:
Solid knowledge of German legal payroll and time regulations
Language required GERMAN
Familiar with over all payroll endtoend processes
Hands on mentality
Open to new ways of implementing
Out of the box thinking
What we re looking for:
6 years handson SAP Payroll experience
Knowledge on German payroll processes practices and associated legislation
Adherence to all Security and Compliance procedures and quality standards
Proactive detailoriented and able to work independently
Capture payroll configuration information
Capture payroll exchange localization information
Identify deviations from Strada standard(product & processes)
Request payroll system set up in snow
