Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and detailoriented Communications Specialist to join our Charlotte team. This role will focus on internal and external communication efforts ensuring consistency in messaging and enhancing client relationships.
Salary Range: $50000 $60000 per year based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to support company objectives and client initiatives.
- Draft edit and proofread press releases internal memos client reports and other written materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for events meetings and press engagements.
- Support public relations efforts by preparing talking points press kits and other materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients vendors and partners.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
