Were currently looking to hire a Cash Management Reconciliations and Overdrafts Specialist to join Legal and General Asset Management. As Cash Management Specialist youll oversee the outsourced functions for Cash & Stock reconciliations Overdrafts interest claims & other related functions
What youll be doing:
- Oversight of the outsourced Cash (Daily) & Stock (Weekly) Reconciliation services and Oversight of the outsourced Overdraft processes
- Ownership and resolution of high value highrisk breaks in an accurate and timely manner
- Improve Overdraft monitoring to drive down overdrafts and subsequently costs.
- Interest claim management for Fails Overdrafts & CSDR Penalty Fees.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines and regulations e.g. ISITC CSDR CASS.
- Production of MI and other relevant reporting
- Manage tasks from beginning to end investigating and resolving any problems and reporting any inconsistencies as appropriate
- Review processes to identify potential improvements ensuring a controlled environment and reduction of errors
- Support the team with the resolution of daytoday operational issues and resolve anomalies to ensure high level of customer service and accurate transactions
- End to end understanding of teams tasks and how they relate to and impact all processes ensuring standard ways of working are applied consistently
Qualifications :

- Familiar with a Outsource provider Operating Model
- Experience of challenging working practices and adaptability to change
- Technical knowledge/experience relevant to role Reconciliations knowledge and equity/fixed income product knowledge would be preferred
- Evidence of effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to understand issues and assist with finding innovative solutions to problems.
- Understanding of relevant guidelines and regulations
- Good communication skills both verbally and written and Strong analytical and written skills.
