The Human Resources Advisor provides strategic advice support and guidance on programs and initiatives that align with the priorities of the Workplace Health and Wellness team. In this role you will develop implement and maintain policies tools and training in support of the employers obligations in the prevention of harassment violence and discrimination.
You will be responsible for providing project and policy support to the team while contributing to the management of a wide range of operational and administrative matters related to workplace harassment and violence prevention and resolution including the handling of related issues notice of occurrences and awareness strategies for both the House of Commons Administration and Members of Parliament.

Qualifications :
Education:
University degree from a recognized institution in human resources management or a related field OR an acceptable combination of education training and relevant experience.
