Job Description
The leading Corporate Finance adviser in the Nordics
We are the leading Corporate Finance adviser in the Nordics having completed 300 transactions in the past 5 years.
The 80 talented corporate finance professionals located in Denmark work closely in projectbased teams and cherish dedication and highly competent colleagues. You can expect leadership across all levels of seniority while informality inclusion and sharing laughs at the office come naturally to us.
The DCA team works closely together with other practices within Corporate Finance Advisory as well as with DCA colleagues around Europe on crossborder deals delivering greater insights and specific knowledge on deals to our clients.
Qualifications :
Your profile
- You are set to graduate in the summer of 2025 (or have recently graduated) with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field
- You have gained relevant experience through a parttime role and/or internship in corporate finance advisory management consulting or other related fields
- You have excellent numeracy skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly absorb and analyze complex financial data ensuring precision in every analysis.
- You have a strong commercial mindset with deep insight into business dynamics and market trends enabling you to identify strategic opportunities that drive client value
- You are a personable and proactive team player who builds strong client relationships takes ownership of tasks and consistently delivers exceptional service
- Fluency in English and at least one of the Nordic languages is desirable
