Job Description

Lemploy(e) sera responsable de grer lquipe dingnieurs de processus ainsi que les ingnieurs et techniciens de fabrication. Il/elle devra soutenir lindustrialisation de nouveaux produits en collaboration avec le PIM et organiser ainsi que fournir un support technique la fabrication.

Responsabilits :

  • Grer lquipe dingnierie de fabrication :

    • Dfinir et mettre jour les procdures fonctionnelles les mthodes de travail et les mthodologies conformment aux directives dfinies par le PME central.
    • Assurer le staffing de lquipe en fonction des projets fermes et des charges prvisionnelles.
    • Construire un programme dintgration et de formation pour les nouveaux arrivants.
    • Maintenir la matrice des comptences de son quipe et construire le plan annuel de formation.
    • Dployer les standards dindustrialisation : Mthode Temps EHS Ergonomie Instructions de Travail.
    • Dployer les mthodologies dindustrialisation : ICONE PFMEA Plan Contrle QRQC Squencement des Tches.
    • Dployer les outils IS pour lindustrialisation : PLM (DELIMA) ERP (GSI) MES.
    • Augmenter la maturit de son quipe en utilisant la feuille de route APSYS.
  • Soutenir lindustrialisation produit/projet :

    • En coordination avec le PIM suivre lavancement des livrables industriels.
    • Soutenir lquipe lors des activits dindustrialisation (ex. : PFMEA FAI interne)
    • Sassurer que le temps mthode est bien calcul.
    • Sassurer que les donnes Master sont exactes et au bon niveau qualit
    • Assurer une bonne qualit des livrables : WI Squencement des Tches
    • Sassurer que les rgles ergonomiques et EHS sont bien prises en compte
    • Sassurer que le Processus Spcial est bien gr dans toutes les activits dIndustrialisation.
  • Soutien la production: Identifier les besoins spcifiques du soutien Mthode Apporter une aide lors du premier article fabriqu Organiser et grer des actions productives

 

Purpose of the Job

  • Manage the team of Process Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers or Technicians.
  • Support industrialization of new products in collaboration with the PIM.
  • Organize and bring technical support to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Manage Manufacturing Engineering team:

  • Define and update the function procedures way of working and methodologies according to the guidelines defined by central PME.
  • Ensure the staffing of the team according to the projects firm and forecasted workload.
  • Build induction and training programs for the newcomers.
  • Maintain the skills matrix of the team and build the annual training plan.
  • Deploy industrialization standards: Method Time EHS Ergonomics Work Instructions.
  • Deploy industrialization methodologies: ICONE PFMEA Control Plan QRQC Task Sequencing.
  • Deploy IS tools for industrialization: PLM (DELMIA) ERP (GSI) MES.
  • Increase the maturity of the team using the APYSS roadmap.

Support product/project industrialization:

  • In coordination with PM follow the progress of industrial deliverables.
  • Support the team while performing industrialization activities (e.g. PFMEA internal FAI...).
  • Ensure Method Time is well calculated.
  • Ensure Master data are accurate and of good quality.
  • Ensure good quality deliverables: WI Task Sequencing...
  • Ensure ergonomics and EHS rules are well taken into account.
  • Ensure Special Processes are well managed within Industrialization activities.

Support Production:

  • Identify specific Method support needs.
  • Provide help during the manufacturing of first articles.
  • Organize and manage productivity actions.

Qualifications :

  • Diplme dingnieur ou dans un domaine connexe et/ou exprience dans un poste similaire
  • Anglais lu crit parl OBLIGATOIRE
  • 5 ans dexprience en Manufacturing ou en Manufacturing Engineering/Production avec de prfrence une exprience dans lindustrie ferroviaire.
  • Exprience technique du gnie des procds rdaction dinstructions de travail pour la fabrication quilibrage des lignes Lean Manufacturing.
  • Exprience de travail avec un ERP (tel que SAP) pour les nomenclatures les routages le suivi des configurations.
  • Connaissance pratique des normes qualit EHS et ergonomiques.
  • Connaissance des outils CAO et PLM (CATIA DELMIA).
  • Familiarit avec les outils IS courants.
  • Processus FMEA QRQC.
  • Consciencieux. Sengage et livre.

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field. Equivalent experience in manufacturing or production may substitute for a Bachelors degree.
  • English: read written spoken.
  • 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering/Production preferably in the railway industry.
  • Process Engineering writing manufacturing work instructions line balancing Lean Manufacturing.
  • Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials Routings Configuration followup.
  • Working knowledge in Quality EHS standards and Ergonomics.
  • Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA DELMIA).
  • Familiar with IS common tools.
  • Process FMEA QRQC.
